Every email platform migration, walked through step by step

Contacts move by CSV. Automations never transfer. Forms and integrations are what people forget, and deliverability is what suffers when the order is wrong. Each guide below is the mechanical walkthrough for one specific switch: what to export, what to rebuild, and how to ramp your first sends so a new sending reputation does not land you in spam.

Not sure the switch is worth it yet? Start with the 2026 pricing report — we track every platform's published prices weekly — or the general migration playbook for the principles behind all of these.

    Before you migrate anything

    • Export your unsubscribes and cleaned contacts, not just your subscribers. Suppressing them on the new platform is both a deliverability measure and a compliance one.
    • Authenticate your sending domain — SPF, DKIM and DMARC — before the first campaign, not after it underperforms.
    • Rebuild the automations that earn money and delete the rest. A migration is the cheapest chance you will get to prune.
    • Keep the old account live for two weeks so any form or integration you forgot to repoint shows itself.
    • Ramp your sending: engaged openers first, then the wider list over several days.
